Nigeria’s Olympic team will face a herculean task on Tuesday when they confront Senegal in their second Group A game of the Caf Under-23 Championship in Morocco.
Both teams are fighting for survivial after losing their opening encounters against Morocco and Algeria on Saturday.
Dream Team V coach Austin Egauvoen remains confident of picking one of the three tickets for London 2012 on offer.
“I have to start working on the psychology of my players, to put them in the right frame of mind for the game against Senegal,” Eguavoen told MTNfootball.com.
“One thing I’m confident about is that we will pick a ticket for the Olympics.”
In Tuesday’s first game, hosts Morocco will take on fellow north Africans Algeria to determine the group leader.
