Bale was the star of the show at Carrow Road as Spurs claimed victory which cemented their place in third. And despite his two goals, Bale is adamant that creating the chances is the key factor.
"As long as we are creating chances, that's the main thing," he toldSky Sports.
"We were confident we would get one whoever it fell to and lucky enough it was me.
"You have to keep grinding it out and hope chances will come to you and luckily it did. It was good to get the goals."
Bale believes the experience of playing in the UEFA Champions League has helped them kick on in the Premier League this season.
Bale said: "We've learnt a lot from last year being in the Champions League.
"There are a lot of games and we have learnt a lot as a team and I have improved personally."
